Nadia Forrest, owner and cake decorator, began this exciting journey as a result of wanting more than just an ordinary cake for her daughters, family and friends. She enrolled in a basic cake decorating course and soon discovered a new favorite pastime. She continues to improve her skills and learn new techniques. She has also benefited from taking courses from renowned cake decorator Geraldine Randlesome of Creative Cutters. Nadia also has her food safety training certificate issued by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit.

Nadia has a background in interior design and decorating. She very much enjoys the creative process and the challenge of trying to make an idea come to life. The best reward is the look on the faces of the recipients when they see their special cake.
